Master bedroom
This spacious bedroom boasts a king size bed, with two bedside cabinets and bedside lights, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and a TV. There is also a single fold down bed available in this apartment and can be made up on request at the time of booking. It can either be positioned in the master bedroom or in the single bedroom. All bed linen is provided.
Second bedroom
This room sits beautifully under the eaves of the barn’s roof, so is suited more towards one or two younger children, or one adult. It has a single bed, bedside cabinet, bedside light and a chest of drawers. All bed linen is provided.
Lounge, kitchen and dining area
The Lounge area has a large window with amazing views of the fields, quite often the grazing sheep, and out over Abberton Reservoir. There are 2 large leather sofas, a Television, DVD player, Stereo and plenty of space to move around. The Granary has a dining table with 4 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and a Tassimo Coffee machine. You are supplied with all the crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils that you should require, as well as tea towels, washing up liquid and cleaning cloths. Should you need it, you have an iron and ironing board to use, a hoover and dustpan and brush.
We provide you with a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk to get you started after your journey to us, as well as some salt and pepper for your culinary delights!
Bathroom
The Granary has one bathroom, which includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a supply of a couple of toilet rolls, hand soap, shower gel, bath soak and shampoo. We also provide you with hand towels and bath towels for your stay.
Laundry facilities
There are shared laundry facilities behind the apartment (shared only with Pond view and Cart Lodge), that includes a washing machine and tumble drier.
Outside area
There is a shared outside area behind the farm building and to one side. There is a large area of shingle with a patio table and 4 chairs, as well as the use of two shared BBQ’s and BBQ tools. We will provide one Chimney of coal briquettes for your stay. Further maybe purchased if required.
