The apartments can be booked to start on any day of the week. Depending on availability short breaks may be booked, subject to a 3 night minimum stay. At the foot of this page you will find information on pricing and how to check availability.
Children (minimum age 2 years) are welcome. However parents and carers should be aware of the need for close supervision of young children whilst outdoors because of unfenced water (the moat).
Quality Standards Assured: The apartments have been inspected by VisitEngland, our national Tourist body, and awarded a four star rating. The Courtyard has received a VisitEngland Gold Award.
The Courtyard, a converted former farm building, has two en-suite bedrooms. It is suitable for a family of up to four people or for two couples.

Cart Lodge, Pond View and The Granary
These three apartments are in a building erected during the 17th century, probably around the same time as the farmhouse. Originally built as a cart lodge, to house the farm's horse-drawn carts, the first floor served for some time as a granary. In 2009 we completed the conversion of the former cart lodge into the three holiday apartments. In a sensitive conversion some of the old posts and beams have been retained and incorporated as attractive interior features.

Guests in Cart Lodge, Pond View and The Granary also have the use of a patio, with tables and chairs, situated at the rear of the property.

Arrival and Departure
Your apartment will be available from 3-00pm on your day of arrival. You are asked to contact Rye Farm two or three days beforehand, to advise your estimated time of arrival.
You are asked to vacate the apartment by 10-00am on the day of departure so that it can be prepared for the next guests. Please leave it as clean and tidy as you would hope to find it.
The above arrival and departure times may be varied by mutual agreement, depending on other bookings for the apartment.
Pricing – 2017
The prices below are inclusive of all linen, towels, and electricity.
PAYMENT: A deposit of £100 per week for weekly bookings, £60 for a 4 or 3 night stay, is required at the time of booking. The full balance must be received at least four weeks before your planned date of arrival. For bookings made within 4 weeks of the planned arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
